  • How do I get my landing page?

Your landing page has to be created by us for you. We will send you two URLs that point to the same page: HealthSuccessCenter.net/firstnamelastinitial and HSCwater.net/firstnamelastinitial. Please allow up to 48 hours for you to receive your landing page by email once you sign up for membership.

  • As soon as you sign up for Membership, our system sends you out a Welcome email. If you have not received this email, check your spam folder. The other reason some people do not receive this email is because of a typo in the email address entered while setting up your profile.

  • The temporary password generated by our system contains a combination of letters, numbers, punctuation and special characters. Sometimes it is hard to distinguish between certain characters, for instance, a lower case "L" and an upper case "I". The best way to get the password right is to copy and paste the string of characters into the password field.

  • Login to your Health Success Center account and click the Modify Your Profile link on the right. At the bottom of that page is where you can change your password

  • To change your Access Code, login to your Health Success Center account and click the Modify Your Profile link on the right.

  • Tell the tech support of the company you bought your domain name from to forward or redirect your domain name to the long URL of your landing page. We don't have control of your domain name. It has to be done by your domain company.

  • First be sure you are typing the Access Code correctly. Access Codes are case-sensitive. Also, browser cookies must be enabled and not blocked in order for the Access Code to work. If you are not sure of how to check to see if cookies are enabled and not blocked, do an internet search for cookies for your browser, examples are "cookies in safari" or "cookies in internet explorer" or "cookies in firefox." To check to see what your Access Code is, login to your Health Success Center account and click the Modify Your Profile link on the right.

  • Click here for instructions on how to personalize your landing page sidebar. This link can also be found by logging to your account and clicking Modify Your Profile on the right.

  • Login to your account and click Modify Your Profile on the right..

  • Since we embed our videos from Vimeo (a video hosting service) on our site, Vimeo is considered a third-party to your browser. You need to have third-party cookies not blocked. Go into your privacy settings and check that. You need to accept third-party cookies.

  • We are assuming you are on a Windows-based machine. There seems to be no buffering issues on a Mac. First check to see if the videos play separately from the PowerPoint file. The video files are located in the folder that contains all of the presentation files. If they do NOT play separately (which is rare), then re-download the PowerPoint zip file from our Resources page and try again. The files may have been corrupted during download. If they do play separately, then try one of these suggestions from Microsoft.

    1. Make sure that your video card drivers are up to date. You'll need to contact the vendor of your video card or go online to their web site and verify this.
    2. Turn the hardware acceleration 'on'. To do this, click the File tab, under Help, click Options, click Advanced, and then under Display, clear the Disable hardware graphics acceleration checkbox.
    3. Make sure that there is adequate free disk space on the computer that you will deliver your presentation on.
    4. Change the color depth setting to 16-bit. Color depth is the number of color values that are assigned to a single pixel in an image. Color depth can range from 1 bit (black and white) to 32 bits (over 16.7 million colors).
    5. For instructions on how to change the number of colors displayed on your monitor, see Windows Help and Support.
    6. Exit all other programs.

  • This is an issue with the browser cookie that stores your Access Code. To reset your landing page cookies, go to your landing page (it should not require an Access Code at this time), scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the logout link. Please note that each browser stores its own cookies, so the behavior on one browser will not affect another browser.
